Report Writing

We have been looking at report writing. Room 9 worked in groups to create reports on animals then turned them into a movie using the web tool Animoto.
It was a lot of fun and the children have created fantastic movies.

    Dear Rm 9
    I have just watched all your reports that you produced using Animoto.
    Animoto is a favourite Web 2.0 tool for me as well. I like it because you can get "sisomo". That's sight, sound and motion. I really like the way your information sounds like an 8 year old kid and not like an encyclopaedia. That means you have summarised your information and used your own words.
    You can be very proud of your work! Ka mau te wehi!
